Our nursery is open from 7.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please contact us for any variations during holidays or special events.

To register your child, please complete our registration form and provide the necessary documents such as proof of address, your child’s birth certificate, and any relevant medical or allergy information.

Please provide a change of clothing (including underwear), nappies if needed, a water bottle, sun hat, wellies, woolly hat, scarf, coat (depending on the weather), and a waterproof suit for outdoor play.

Yes, we accept childcare vouchers. Please contact our office for details on how to arrange payment via vouchers.

If someone other than the usual person is collecting your child, please inform us in advance either by phone or in writing. The person collecting will need to provide identification for security reasons.

We provide daily updates through the Family App, regular parent meetings, and informal chats at drop-off and pick-up times.

Please notify us if you are running late. Late collections may incur a fee as outlined in our nursery policy, to cover additional staff time.

We provide nutritious meals and snacks throughout the day. Please let us know about any dietary requirements or allergies your child has. Please take a look at our sample menu.

If your child was unwell overnight, please keep them at home to ensure they are fully recovered and to prevent the spread of illness. Contact us if you are unsure.

Yes, all our staff undergo Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks before they start working with children.
