Our dedicated staff are passionate about creating a warm and nurturing environment where every child feels safe, happy, and excited to learn. Each member of our team is highly trained and brings a wealth of experience in early years education, ensuring that your child is supported at every stage of their development.

Isobel

Deputy Manager
Isobel is Level 3 qualified, the SENCO, and Safeguarding Officer, with a real passion for helping children grow into confident, independent learners. From playdough creations to imaginative role play, she loves making every nursery day a new adventure. Outside of work, Isobel enjoys daily walks, family time, and being a proud Godmother to four wonderful children – with a bit of retail therapy whenever she gets the chance! She’s excited to welcome new families to Cherry Lodge and share the amazing work they do.

Freya

Childcare Apprentice
Freya is a childcare apprentice at Cherry Lodge, currently working towards her Level 2 qualification. She loves watching the children grow, reach new milestones, and discover the world around them. Freya has a particular interest in SEND support, which she hopes to focus on as she progresses in her career. Outside of nursery life, Freya is a passionate Morris dancer, leading younger dancers and competing on weekends. She also enjoys spending time with her two younger brothers and her dog, Marley, making the most of every family moment. Freya is excited to continue her journey in childcare and help little ones thrive at Cherry Lodge.

Daisy

Pre school & Phonics leader
Daisy leads the Pre-School and Phonics program at Cherry Lodge. She’s Level 6 qualified in childcare, with a BA (Hons) in Primary Mathematical Teaching with QTS. Having worked at Cherry Lodge for nearly 2 years, Daisy loves helping children build new skills and friendships, especially through messy play and hands-on learning. From lining up her teddies as a child to teaching little ones today, Daisy has always had a passion for working with children. In her spare time, she loves traveling, spending time with family and friends, and going on adventures with her two dogs, Doris and Arthur. Daisy looks forward to meeting new families and making every day at Cherry Lodge fun and engaging!

Laura

Nursery Practitioner
Laura is a Level 3 qualified childcare practitioner with over 10 years of experience. After a break to become a mum, she returned to the job she loves, joining the team at Cherry Lodge. She’s always had a passion for working with children, inspired by helping out with her younger cousins, nieces, and nephews growing up. At home, Laura is a proud mum to Freddie and loves dancing, long walks, and spending time outdoors. She’s also the designated photographer in her friendship group, always ready to snap the perfect picture! Laura can’t wait to meet new families and share all the fun and learning at Cherry Lodge.
