Health and Safety
At Cherry Lodge Preschool, we make your child’s health and safety our top priority. Our standards are the highest in the industry, meeting or exceeding all local and state guidelines.
All of our early education and preschool centers include:
- Supervision to keep children within sight and sound
- Secured entrances to all centers
- Nightly cleaning of all surfaces including toys, child furnishings, diapering areas, and food spaces
- Strict hand-washing and sanitary policies to prevent the spread of germs
- Curriculum that emphasises healthy practices for children
Our Sister Site
The Old Vicarage Nursery, located at 32 Rutland Street, Blackburn, BB2 1UY is the sister site to Cherry Lodge. Ofsted registered, The Old Vicarage Nursery provides year round childcare for children from birth to 5 years of age and is conveniently located 1 mile away from Cherry Lodge.
Our children from both sites will have opportunities to meet up and experience the facilities on offer at each setting, as well as making new friendships and taking trips into the local environment for enhanced learning opportunities.
All of our transport vehicles for owned and operated by the company, comply with road safety standards, including MOT certificate, motor insurance and tax. All drivers hold a full UK driving license, are first aid trained and have undertaken an enhanced DBS.
